EXCHANGE POLICY

PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?

  • You just need to drop us an email at  care@basantikekapde.com  mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 3 working days.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece delivered to you in the new required size.
  • In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
  • For size exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
  • In case the new required size is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
  • Sizes mentioned on the website are the only sizes available with us.
  • Products purchased online will not be returned, exchanged or refunded in any store.
  • Product(s) purchased during sale period will not be exchanged.

Accessories will not be exchanged for both domestic and international customers. 

 

WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

  • You just need to drop us an email at care@basantikekapde.com mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within the next 3 working days.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.
  • The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • As soon as we receive the product and quality check is completed, a refund is made according to the mode of payment used.
  • In case of a COD order, we issue a coupon code to your email id which can be redeemed online as well as in Basanti Stores across Delhi, within 45 days.
  • In case of a Bank transfer or Online payments, the refund will be made to the same bank account.
  • Credit note will be issued once the product passes our quality check.
  • THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS/ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN INDIA ONLY. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, REGULAR RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE.

INDIAN CUSTOMERS

  1. We ship from our Delhi Office.
  2. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, Fedex or DTDC.
  3. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time. However, this can vary during some unavoidable situations.
  4. We do not accept custom orders for our ready to ship products.
  5. Most of our products generally have 1-2 inches margin for fittings at your end.
  6. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex . The Raro House of Fashion Pvt Ltd does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  2. The time of delivery and shipping cost may vary according to location of delivery. 
  3. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
  4. We do not accept custom orders for our ready to ship products.
  5. Most of our products generally have 1-2 inches margin for fittings at your end.
  6. The Raro House of Fashion Pvt Ltd tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances.
  7. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
  8. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
