How do I purchase an item or several items at Basanti Kapde Aur Koffee onlin

Online shopping is quite an easy procedure. Start by choosing your items, add them to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. An email and a whatsapp message will be sent to your email address and phone number to verify that you have purchased a product from Basanti.

Do I need to register in order to place an order?

We recommend that all our customers register with us, to get the best service and offers available. However, you can also checkout as a guest. Being a registered user, one can avail several benefits that are favorable :

1. Updates on what is the latest in store.

2. Save your address and view order status.

3. Make and manage your returns and exchange from your account (Only for Indian orders).

4. Save shipping details.

5. Get special promotional codes/reward points.

6. Get 10% off on your first order (T&C applies)

How do I opt out of marketing?

You can opt out of email marketing by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. For any other marketing communication, please write to us on care@basantikekapde.com

What size should I order?

The size chart available on each product page will solve your sizing queries. Please refer to the bust, waist and hip measurements to select your size. However, sizes may vary across silhouettes. If you have detailed questions about the sizing of a particular product, you can contact us at care@basantikekapde.com and our personal shopper will assist you.

Can I return my outfit to a Basanti store instead of shipping it back?

All orders are to be shipped back to our Naraina office. The online team will get back to you in case you are applicable for a return. The store team will not be able to accept the orders without prior information neither will be able to assist in case of return or exchanges.

Size chart has body or garment measurements?

Size has garment measurements. You can refer to the size chart on the product page or reach out to us in case of any confusion.

My payment is declining

- There can be an issue with your bank. In this case please reach out to the bank or credit card company.

- Or there can be a glitch on the website. In this case we will share a razor/paypal link. You can make payment through the link and share the screenshot with us. We will create a manual order once payment is received and a confirmation email and whatsapp message will be sent on your registered email id or whatsapp number.

Do you offer alterations?

Alterations can be done at an additional charge. We can accommodate minor alterations like altering the length of the lehenga and removing can can. Please mail us the required alterations and the team will assist you.

Can I get the blouse style customized?

We do not offer style customizations. Although net sleeves can be added in some cut sleeves blouses at an additional charge.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we do not have a cancellation policy. But, if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, the amount will be given as store credits which can be redeemed in one year from the date they were issued. Please share feedback/reason for cancellation. Please refer to the cancellation policy for more details.

Can I redeem store credits at the stores?

Store credits can be availed on online purchase only within one year from the date it was issued.

BKK10 is not working for me

Refer to the below conditions:

  • The code is exclusively valid for first-time shoppers on Basanti Kapde Aur Koffee
  • The discount can be availed only for prepaid orders and the user must be logged in before applying code.
  • Applicable on all collections except new launches.
  • The offer is not applicable to any discounted products.
  • The offer is valid only once per user. If items purchased with coupon discount are returned, coupon discount will be adjusted accordingly from the return credit.
  • The welcome offer coupon code cannot be clubbed with any other coupon code or other promotional offers.

I need help deciding what to buy. Can I speak to a stylist?

Yes. At BKK, we have stylists that can help you find something in a particular style or for a specific occasion. If you have queries regarding what color would suit you or what garment would enhance your body type, our stylists will solve it all. How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation and a whatsapp message stating that your order has been placed successfully.

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number /AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device. Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered items.

My size is out of stock, can I place an order on another size?

Yes, please mail us the required size and we will get back with the availability.

Will custom duties be changed?

For Indian Customers.

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers: Product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient,

you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in,

payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
