RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Basanti Kapde aur Koffee has a simple and hassle free return exchange policy for certain products purchased from the website.

We do not accept any returns or refunds, however customer can get it exchanged within 4 days from receiving the parcel.

  • In all cases of exchange, you just need to drop us an email at ecombasanti@basantikekapde.com and you will get a revert within 2 business days.
  • Exchange requests will only be entertained if the product returned, passes the quality check.
INDIAN CUSTOMERS

RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER 

The following conditions must be fulfilled:

      • The customer must be located in India as this facility is not to patrons located outside India .
      • If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered, then he/she needs to mail us at ecombasanti@basantikekapde.com within 4 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
      • Failure to contact us timely to arrange the reverse pick-up, may lead to rejection for exchange request.
      • Once the exchange request is received, we will arrange a reverse pick-up within 3-4 working days for selected pin-codes. In this reverse pick-up services, Basanti shall not be held liable for any damage or loss caused to the product during transit.
      • Reverse pick-up may not be available on some pin-codes.
      • In such cases the goods/garments can be couriered to us at our headquarters: Address : A-67, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi-110028
      • Please ensure that the exchange packets are securely packed to avoid further damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced.
      • Items to be exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Exchange items will only be accepted in their original packaging including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes or dust bags. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
        • Customised orders
        • Products on sale
        • Accessories
        • Home Décor
        • Handbags
        • Jewellery
      • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Raro House of Fashion Pvt. Ltd and accept the decision regarding the return validation in case the product is unacceptable for return.
      • Non-Valid exchange will be sent back to the customer and the said customer will be blacklisted for future purchases.
      • Once the product is received, a standard quality check is done, and if the exchange is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product.
      • If the product is found unfit for exchange after a quality check, we will send the goods back to you.
      • Processing and closing of an exchange issue may take at least 10-15 business days or more at our end.
      • Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation.
      • If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Basanti customer (such as gift), you will have to request Basanti customer to initiate the exchange for you.
      • Note - If you purchase a product from any Sale or Offer then that product is not eligible for exchange until and unless the product you have received differs from the one that you ordered. We do not give any refund or return on our products bought from Sale or an Offer.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

We do not offer cancellations on any orders. No cancellation will be accepted for the following items:

  • Customised orders
  • Products on sale
  • Accessories
  • Home Décor
  • Handbags
  • Jewellery

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Raro House of Fashion Pvt Ltd and accept the decision regarding cancellations


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

In case of international orders, we do not accept any returns, exchange or cancellations. No returns, exchanges or cancellation will be accepted for the following items:

  • Products on sale
  • Customised orders
  • Accessories
  • Home Décor
  • Handbags
  • Jewellery

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Raro House of Fashion Pvt Ltd and accept the decision regarding returns & cancellations for International Customers.

 

CANCELLATION BY THE RARO HOUSE OF FASHION PVT LTD:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud analysis department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Our team will intimate you incase a portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
