-Due to high order volume, dispatch and delivery timelines may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified via email/SMS once their order is shipped.

-All Black Friday Sale purchases are final. No return, exchange or alterations are available on Black Friday Sale styles.

-No Cancellations:

Orders placed during the sale cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

-All products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of limited stock or order overlaps, the brand reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

Payment Issues & Chargebacks:

Any disputes regarding defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the claim.
